博链财经获悉，3月5日，据News Bitcoin， Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong表示，不会先发制人地禁止所有俄罗斯人使用其平台。
除非法律另有规定，否则每个人都应该获得基本的金融服务，每家美国公司都必须遵守制裁法。
如果美国政府决定实施禁令，Coinbase当然会遵守这些法律。
