数据库项目MotherDuck完成5250万美元B轮融资，a16z等参投

博链财经获悉，9月20日，据Techcrunch，将轻量级数据库平台DuckDB商业化的项目MotherDuck宣布完成5250万美元B轮融资。
Felicis领投、a16z、Madrona、Amplify Partners、Altimeter、Redpoint和Zero Prime参投。
截至目前，MotherDuck累计融资金额达到1亿美元。
MotherDuck CEO Jordan Tigani表示，MotherDuck的投后估值为4亿美元，此轮融资资金将用于扩大MotherDuck的工程和进入市场策略团队。
Jordan Tigani预计，到2023年年底MotherDuck的员工人数将从目前的32名增加至45名。
