美国法官推翻SEC阻止灰度比特币信托 (GBTC) 转换为比特币ETF的决定

博链财经BroadChain获悉，8月29日，美国华盛顿一个由三名法官组成的上诉小组推翻了美国证券交易委员会（ SEC ）阻止灰度Grayscale 比特币 信托 (GBTC) 转换为比特币ETF的决定。
法院称，拒绝灰度Grayscale的提议是武断和反复无常的，因为SEC未能解释对类似产品的不同处理。
受相关消息刺激，比特币突破27000美元， 以太坊 突破1700美元。
加密货币 交易所 Coinbase (NASDAQ:COIN)大涨15%。
