博链财经BroadChain获悉，11月17日，据CoinDesk，FTX CEO John Ray在提交给特拉华州法院的一系列文件中，对SBF的“前所未有”的管理不善行为进行了严厉的评估。John Ray批评记录保存不力，高级管理人员缺乏经验。
John Ray在一份文件中说： “在我的职业生涯中，我从未见过如此彻底的企业控制失败，以及如此完全缺乏可靠的财务信息。从系统完整性受损、国外监管失误，到控制权集中在极少数缺乏经验、不成熟且可能受到损害的个人手中，这种情况是前所未有的。”
