博链财经BroadChain获悉，9月11日，据The Street，美国 SEC 主席Gary Gensler表示，大多数 加密货币 都是证券，该行业涉及的许多平台都应该在SEC注册，包括 比特币 在内的某些代币可能不被视为证券。

比特币是第一个加密代币，被一些人称为“数字黄金”，像贵金属一样交易，是一种投机、稀缺但数字化的价值储存手段。
