博链财经获悉，7月12日，Gnosis Safe宣布完成1亿美元战略融资，1kx领投。
Tiger Global、A&T Capital、Blockchain Capital、Digital Currency Group、Greenfield One、Rockaway Blockchain Fund、ParaFi、Lightspeed、Polymorphic Capital、Superscrypt等参投。
此外，在社区投票成功从Gnosis分拆后，Gnosis Safe项目正在更名为Safe。
这笔资金是为Safe Ecosystem Foundation筹集的，该基金会是一个保护战略资产并为Safe的进一步发展做出贡献的非营利组织。
本轮融资是Safe作为可编程所有权平台发展的一个重要里程碑，可实现跨 DAO、零售和机构用户的 数字资产 、数据和身份的安全管理。资金和战略联盟将使Safe在其智能合约账户协议之上发展应用程序和工具的生态。
