博链财经获悉，6月26日， 加密货币 投资公司Morgan Creek Digital正试图向投资者筹集2.5亿美元，以购买加密货币借贷机构BlockFi的多数股权。
一位知情人士表示，由于BlockFi难以维持运营，有多家风险投资基金正在探索向该公司提供股权融资。
此前，FTX正在就收购加密借贷机构BlockFi股份进行谈判。
