韩国检方和金融监管局正在审查Luna是否有证券属性

博链财经获悉，6月13日，据韩联社，韩国金融监管局局长李福贤出席国会召开的虚拟资产党内会议后的简报会，当记者问及“目前检方在调查Luna是否为证券资产，金融监管局是否也在调查”，李福贤表示，该机构会仔细审查Luna是否有证券属性。
对于Luna是否构成诈骗罪一问，李福贤表示，目前不想发表个人看法，会在调查后再言明。
