博链财经获悉，4月28日，据CoinDesk，芬兰媒体Helsingin Sanomat援引政府消息人士表示，芬兰计划将其政府从其各种刑事调查中查获的 比特币 （BTC）捐赠给乌克兰。
报告称，要捐赠的比特币数量尚未确定，但按当前价格计算，潜在金额可能高达7300万欧元（7700万美元）。
报告称，芬兰于3月初开始研究使用比特币来帮助乌克兰。芬兰还考虑将其海关部门扣押的1981枚比特币直接捐赠给乌克兰。
