PlusToken传销案二审裁定 近42亿美元加密资产将全部上缴国库

11月26日，PlusToken传销案二审刑事裁定书公布。据裁定书中所述，执法部门从7名罪犯账户中查获194,775枚 BTC 、833,083枚ETH、140万枚LTC、2760万枚EOS、74,167枚DASH、4.87亿枚XRP、60亿枚DOGE、79581枚BCH和213,724枚USDT。按照目前代币价格计算，这些加密资产总价值超过42亿美元，江苏省盐城市中级人民法院称被查获的数字货币将依法处理，所得收益将被没收，上缴国库。
