为落实国务院《中国（北京）自由贸易试验区总体方案》要求，促进金融科技创新，借助科技手段提升金融基础设施服务水平，并充分发挥金融科技创新监管试点机制作用，9月28日，北京区域性股权市场区块链登记托管系统上线暨与深圳证券通信有限公司签署技术合作框架协议活动隆重举行。该系统的上线标志着以区块链作为底层技术、面向非上市股份公司的登记托管系统落地北京区域性股权市场。（中国金融新闻网）
