Keep3r is a decentralized collaboration service network created by Andre Cronje. On the one hand, there are smart contract projects that require outside entities to help solve development tasks, and on the other hand, there are outside individuals or teams that can be paid to perform those tasks. Keep3r builds a decentralized task service network for this group of people. A Keeper is an external person or team that performs the work.

Keep3r network is a decentralized outsourcing platform, just like the "Pig8 Quit network" of DeFi. Project partners who need development support can publish tasks on the platform, and individuals/groups can receive ETH and other digital currency as payment. On Keep3r, the individual/group is the Keeper, and the project side posts the task as a Job.

Keep3r Network is a task protocol, including the task publisher and the task executor. The DeFi protocol party that publishes the task needs to pay a fee. Payments can be made by providing liquidity to KP3R. The decentralized nature of Keep3r, in addition to being responsible for the governance of Keeper and Jobs, does not require much intervention between the project side and Keeper.

KP3R is a Keep3r network token, but it does not act as a hard payment medium for transactions. Because in Keep3r, the project side can pay the Keeper using ETH or project token. To motivate the Keeper to complete the task, the project needs to reward the Keeper. At present, the project side can choose three ways to reward Keeper: 1. Directly pay ETH; 2. Direct payment of project tokens; 3. Pay Keeper indirectly by providing liquidity. Transactions are not necessarily paid through KP3R, but all transactions still incur fees, and the repository receives a 0.3% fee for any non-KP3R transactions (ETH or token paid transactions). In summary, KP3R can be used for governance, can be used as margin for obtaining high-risk tasks, and can capture transaction fees. In addition, the liquidity provider can pay a KP3R credit to the Keeper.

The WEB3.0 era should be algorithmic driven. Automation and decentralization can significantly enhance DeFi protocols, but relatively speaking, it is still a blue ocean to explore.
