The SEC charges were brought against Mango DAO and Blockworks Foundation for “engaging in the unregistered offering and sale of cryptoassets.”The companies also operated as brokers without registration.They will pay a total of $700,000 in fines. MNGO tokens will also be destroyed.In its lawsuit, the SEC mentioned that SOL is also a security.Two years ago, Mango Markets suffered a $116 million hack.
