 1. Responsibility for the use of the API: The single operator understands and confirms that the binding of the trading API for the execution of contract transactions. All transactions executed through the API are independent of the order taker's decision-making, and is fully responsible for the results of the transaction.

 2. Security: The order taker is responsible for protecting the security of his/her API key. Unauthorised access or use may result in loss of funds. The broker is required to immediately notify the platform in writing of any unauthorised use.
