Strategy上周出售1690枚比特币，美元储备规模增至46.5亿美元

PANews 8月10日消息，美国上市公司Strategy Inc在最新提交给美国证监会（SEC）的8-K文件中披露，其在8月3日至9日期间通过ATM增发计划出售6,585,682股MSTR普通股，净筹资约6.53亿美元，当前MSTR剩余可发行额度约220.37亿美元。同期间公司卖出1,690枚比特币，套现约1.086亿美元，平均售价约64,262美元/枚，用于回购1,152,020股STRC优先股。Strategy称，截至8月9日其BTC 持仓为840,447枚，累计购入成本约633.6亿美元，平均买入价约75,385美元/枚，美元储备规模约为46.5亿美元。
