PANews 7月23日消息，据新华社报道，商务部外资司司长孟华婷在23日举行的国新办新闻发布会上回应中美双方成立贸易理事会、投资理事会进展的有关提问时说，目前，中美双方经贸团队正在就贸易理事会架构、职能、运行模式等具体安排保持密切沟通，并探讨推进各自300亿美元规模的对等降税框架安排。中方正在就相关降税安排建议广泛征求国内企业、商协会、地方政府、美资企业商协会等利益相关方意见，美方也在就贸易理事会及对等降税安排征求公众评论意见。双方将保持密切交流，尽快商定具体产品降税安排并推动实施，进一步拓展双边贸易。
