Skyfall AI拟用AI接管中小企业运营，验证“AI CEO”可行性

PANews 7月20日消息，据Forbes报道，前微软AI团队创立的Skyfall AI计划斥资最高100万美元收购一家小型B2B SaaS或电商公司，并由AI担任“CEO”，负责定价、营销、客服、财务与运营等关键决策，目标是在逐步减少人工介入的同时实现营收翻倍。其创始人Sam Pasupalak与Kaheer Suleman认为，现有以LLM和“数字员工”为核心的企业AI路径难以在动态环境中持续学习，Skyfall转而研发“Enterprise World Models”，通过构建企业演化世界模型和latent world model来模拟决策对业务的长周期影响，并将在真实业务场景中公开验证该架构能否支撑高度自治企业。
