PANews 7月20日消息，据塔斯社报道，俄罗斯国家杜马将于7月21日对一项关于在俄境内监管加密货币市场的法案进行二读和三读表决。该法案由金融市场委员会主席 Anatoly Aksakov 介绍，旨在为加密货币在俄罗斯的合法使用建立法律框架，并打击相关诈骗和非法用途。根据俄央行此前提出的监管构想，除合格投资者外，普通投资者在通过测试后亦可购买经立法确定的高流动性加密资产，但年度购买额度被限制在每家中介机构不超过30万卢布。
