PANews 7月16日消息，据证券时报报道，百度集团发布公告，公司董事会已授权管理层推进在香港联交所主板自愿转换为主要上市，预计于今年内生效。相关程序完成后，百度将在香港、纳斯达克实现双重主要上市。双重主要上市一旦生效，将提升公司证券流动性、扩大投资者基础，并为进入两个资本市场提供更大灵活性。
