PANews 7月10日消息，据9to5Mac报道，OpenAI 宣布将停止其独立桌面浏览器 ChatGPT Atlas，相关功能将整合进新发布的 ChatGPT 桌面应用。OpenAI 表示，Atlas 预计于 8 月 9 日正式停用，后续将通过应用内通知和邮件提供迁移指引。新 ChatGPT 桌面应用内集成 ChatGPT Work agent 和 ChatGPT Codex，并具备完整浏览器能力，同时 OpenAI 也提供 Chrome 浏览器插件，方便用户在原有浏览器中调用 ChatGPT 功能。
