PANews 7月7日消息，Tether宣布向拉丁美洲链上金融服务平台Mercado Bitcoin的战略增长融资轮投资2000万美元，支持其在代币化、稳定币支付、信贷、链上资本市场及合规数字金融服务等领域扩张。Mercado Bitcoin成立于2013年，目前拥有450万用户，累计发行超20亿巴西雷亚尔代币化资产，并持有巴西及欧洲逾10项金融牌照。Tether表示，此次投资将进一步推动巴西及拉美地区链上金融基础设施发展，并加速稳定币与资产代币化的主流应用。
