PANews 6月8日消息，据Strategy提交的Form 8-K文件披露，2026年6月1日至6月7日期间，公司以约1.013亿美元购入1,550枚BTC，平均买入价格约65,332美元。此次购币资金来自ATM股票发行所得。截至2026年6月7日，Strategy持有845,256枚BTC，总购入成本约639.7亿美元，平均持仓成本约75,680美元。同时，公司美元储备（USD Reserve）已增至10亿美元，用于支持优先股股息及债务利息支付。文件显示，同期Strategy通过ATM计划出售140.96万股MSTR股票，获得约1.81亿美元净融资，而STRC、STRF、STRK及STRD等优先股ATM计划期间未进行发行。
