Robinhood以1.8亿美元完成对WonderFi的收购，进军加拿大加密市场

PANews 6月2日消息，据The Block报道，Robinhood Markets已完成对加拿大数字资产服务公司WonderFi的1.8亿美元收购。WonderFi运营着Bitbuy和Coinsquare两个受监管的加拿大加密平台，其用户将被邀请迁移至Robinhood应用。Robinhood表示，通过此次收购，其在美国以外的资金客户已超100万，其中30万来自WonderFi。

该收购于2025年5月首次宣布，原计划2025年下半年完成，因部署技术和监管审批延期至现在。Robinhood去年通过收购Bitstamp建立了机构业务。HOOD股价周一跌3.8%至90.73美元，年初至今下跌21.3%。
