香港拟为虚拟资产投顾与资管设立统一发牌制度，纳入反洗钱框架

PANews 5月26日消息，香港财经事务及库务局与证券及期货事务监察委员会发布就虚拟资产意见及管理服务监管制度的咨询总结，确认将为虚拟资产顾问及虚拟资产管理服务提供者设立发牌制度。新制度将依照《证券及期货条例》第4类（就证券提供意见）和第9类（资产管理）的业务范围设计，并纳入《打击洗钱及恐怖分子资金筹集条例》之下，目标在2026年向立法会提交修例草案。连同已规划的虚拟资产交易与托管牌照安排，香港将初步形成覆盖交易、托管、咨询与管理的数字资产全链条监管框架，监管部门亦鼓励相关服务机构尽早与证监会沟通发牌事宜。
