PANews 5月21日消息，据彭博社报道，老牌加密交易平台 Blockchain.com Group Holdings Inc. 已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交保密版 S-1 文件，计划在美国公开上市。公司尚未确定发行股数及定价区间，IPO 需视市场状况及监管审批进展而定。知情人士称，Blockchain.com 目标是在今年完成上市。该公司总部位于达拉斯，员工约500人，过去三年在调整后口径下持续盈利，目前支持逾9500万钱包、4300多万确认账户。
