PANews 5月21日消息，据CoinDesk报道，美国两党议员周三重新提出修订版加密税法《数字资产保护、监管、创新、税收和收益法案》，即PARITY法案。该法案若签署成为法律，将指示美国国税局审查小额免税豁免可能产生的影响。新版本规定，“受监管的支付稳定币”在成本基准不低于赎回价值99%的情况下不产生收益或损失；法案为通过经纪商或纳税人账户进行的交易创建了安全港；定义了数字资产“洗售”规则的适用方式；并明确了验证者通过质押获得的数字资产的税务处理。此外，法案要求国税局审查小额数字资产交易的税负情况，评估现有法律覆盖了多少笔200美元以下的交易，并研究小额免税豁免的可行性及潜在滥用风险。议员Horsford表示，税法是基础，当前联邦税法已过时，未考虑数字资产的现代化。
