PANews 5月21日消息，加密记者Eleanor Terrett披露，美联储已就支付账户（即“精简版主账户”）发布征求意见和拟议规则制定通知，允许符合条件的金融科技和加密公司接入美联储支付系统以进行清算和结算。这是继2月公众意见征询期结束后，美联储理事Christopher Waller支付账户实施流程的下一步正式行动。美联储还鼓励各地区联储银行在2026年12月前暂停处理新的“第三级”主账户访问请求（大多数加密公司属于此类别），以便在最终确定框架时提高系统一致性。
