PANews 5月20日消息，据The Block报道，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）和司法部起诉明尼苏达州及其州长Tim Walz等官员，指控该州新签署的综合法案非法禁止预测市场。该诉讼在Walz签署法案后不到24小时内提起，CFTC称明尼苏达州试图对属于其“专属管辖权”的联邦监管衍生品市场进行监管，这是美国首次对预测市场的全面禁令。CFTC和司法部认为这些是在CFTC批准交易所交易的联邦监管产品和掉期，州政府无权将其定为犯罪或禁止。该诉讼是州赌博监管机构与Kalshi、Polymarket等联邦监管预测市场平台之间管辖权冲突的最新升级。CFTC此前已起诉伊利诺伊、亚利桑那和康涅狄格等州。明尼苏达州本周早些刚签署法案允许银行和信用合作社提供加密托管服务，2月又成为继印第安纳州后第二个禁止加密ATM的州。
