PANews 5月19日消息，据彭博社报道，知情人士透露，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）最早可能于本周发布针对代币化股票的“创新豁免”规则，为交易上市公司股票的加密版本建立新框架。SEC倾向于允许交易未经上市公司背书或同意的第三方代币，这些代币可在去中心化加密平台上交易，但不一定具有投票权或股息等权益。该豁免涵盖在DeFi平台上交易的代币，将测试股票交易能否在缺乏传统股权市场保护措施的情况下迁移至加密基础设施。SEC委员Hester Peirce是这一豁免的主要推动者，但部分SEC官员不支持该决定。Citadel Securities和SIFMA等机构已表示反对，警告此举可能削弱KYC、反洗钱等投资者保护措施。Peirce表示，该豁免是重要的一步，但不会在一夜之间改变整个金融体系。
