PANews 5月18日消息，据官方公告，美国国家信用合作社管理局（NCUA）发布了一项拟议规则，概述了GENIUS法案下由NCUA许可的允许支付稳定币发行方的运营和风险管理标准。NCUA主席Kyle Hauptman表示，该拟议规则旨在确保信用合作社在标准方面不处于劣势，并与银行子公司的拟议标准保持一致。拟议规则已在联邦公报上公布，意见征询期将于2026年7月17日截止。
