韩联社：韩国投资证券与OKX推进共同收购Coinone股份

PANews 5月15日消息，据韩联社引援消息人士报道，韩国投资证券正与全球加密货币交易所 OKX推进联合收购加密交易所Coinone股权的方案，双方正在讨论各自收购约20%股份，投资方式可能以新股发行为主，旨在最大化资金流入。此次股份参与预计为财务投资性质，Coinone经营权不会发生变化。Coinone现有大股东包括The One Group（34.30%）、Com2us Holdings（21.95%）、CEO Cha Myung-hoon（19.14%）等。
