PANews 5月8日消息，据金十引援CNN报道，周四，一家联邦法院裁定美国总统特朗普实施的10%全面关税违法，此举使该政策岌岌可危。美国国际贸易法院一法官小组以2比1的裁决结果认定，政府缺乏依据，无法根据1974年《贸易法》第122条的规定实施关税。报道称，周四的裁决要求政府停止向原告（一批小企业及多个由民主党执政的州）征收这些关税，并退还此前已缴纳的款项。而除原告外，针对其他所有进口商的关税措施将持续有效至7月。另据报道称，目前，法院仅阻止了提起诉讼的两家公司及华盛顿州实施关税。
