PANews 5月1日消息，据The Block报道，美国参议院一致通过S. Res. 708决议，禁止参议员在预测市场进行交易，该决议立即生效。该提案由俄亥俄州共和党参议员Bernie Moreno提出，旨在阻止内幕交易。此前一名Polymarket账户下注委内瑞拉总统马杜罗“下台”获利40万美元，引发内幕信息担忧，上周美国陆军士兵Gannon Ken Van Dyke因此被捕，但他已表示不认罪。Kalshi创始人Tarek Mansour称此举是“重要一步”，Polymarket表示完全支持，称其规则和条款已禁止此类行为，但立法的明确化是行业进步。
