英国FCA发布基金代币化新规与指引

PANews 4月30日消息，英国金融行为监管局（FCA）发布《Progressing fund tokenisation》政策声明和配套指引，明确资产管理公司可在现有监管框架下使用分布式账本技术（DLT）进行基金代币化。新规同时引入可选的 Direct to Fund（D2F）模式，允许投资者直接与传统或代币化基金交易，以提升申赎效率。FCA表示，该框架为采用代币化和数字现金工具的基金提供操作指引，并作为英国资产管理行业数字资产路线图的一部分，未来将继续就DLT在英国批发市场的应用与业界沟通。
