PANews 4月30日消息，据央视新闻报道，中央网信办近日在全国部署为期 4 个月的“清朗·整治 AI 应用乱象”专项行动，分两阶段推进。第一阶段聚焦大模型备案缺失、平台安全和审核能力不足、训练语料违法合规问题、 AI 数据投毒、合成内容标识不到位、滥用 AI 实施网络攻击和“换脸拟声”等违法行为，以及开源模型安全管理缺位等。第二阶段重点整治利用 AI “ 魔改”经典、批量生成“数字泔水”、制作发布虚假信息、假冒公众人物与“复活逝者”、生产暴力低俗及侵害未成年人内容、利用 AI “ 托管”开展网络水军活动，以及提供色情陪聊、“一键脱衣”、仿冒 AI 网站应用等违规服务。
