PANews 4月30日消息，据官方消息，Tether Investments披露其提议将Twenty-One Capital与比特币金融科技公司Strike及大型比特币矿企Elektron Energy进行合并，以加强其结构、资本配置和长期发展。Strike是Jack Mallers创立的全球比特币金融服务平台，覆盖100多个国家。Elektron Energy管理约50 EH/s算力（约占全网5%），已开采超5500枚比特币，全成本低于每枚6万美元。Tether表示，若交易完成，合并后实体将拥有强健资产负债表、盈利运营业务和金融服务部门。Tether Investments还提议Elektron创始人Raphael Zagury出任总裁。合并后的公司将定位为结合比特币财库、挖矿、金融服务、借贷、资本市场和战略整合的综合平台。
