PANews 4月28日消息，据The Block报道，美国代理司法部长Todd Blanche在比特币2026大会上表示，不帮助第三方利用其开发的软件实施犯罪的开发者不会被调查或起诉。Blanche强调，司法部已“从根本上改变了游戏规则”，但制裁规避和洗钱等事实仍然重要。此前Blanche曾担任副司法部长时发布备忘录，表示司法部将避免通过刑事执法对数字资产施加监管框架。FBI局长Kash Patel在同一场合表示，他将重点关注“杀猪盘”诈骗，今年夏天将前往柬埔寨、缅甸和泰国开展相关工作。
