PANews 4月24日消息，中国人民银行、工业和信息化部、市场监管总局、金融监管总局、中国证监会、国家知识产权局、国家网信办、国家外汇局八部门联合发布《金融产品网络营销管理办法》，将自2026年9月30日起实施，系统规范金融产品网络营销活动。办法明确，仅经批准的金融机构及其自营平台和受托第三方互联网平台可开展金融产品网络营销，禁止为非法集资、虚拟货币发行交易、非法外汇保证金等非法金融活动提供网络营销服务。办法对营销内容真实性、风险揭示、算法推荐、弹窗广告、账号命名、商标用语、合作模式、数据与个人信息保护等提出细化要求，并明确金融管理部门、网信、电信及市场监管等部门的监管分工和处罚措施。
