美国超百家加密公司联名敦促参议院推进 Clarity Act

PANews 4月23日消息，据CoinDesk报道，美国逾100家加密公司及行业组织致信参议院银行委员会，呼吁对 Clarity Act 进行正式审议并推进立法，为数字资产建立联邦层面的市场框架。联名方包括 Coinbase、Ripple、Circle、Kraken、a16z、Paradigm 等，强调仅靠监管机构执法无法提供稳定规则，警告重回“监管执法代替立法”的风险。联名信提出六大立法优先事项，包括明确 SEC 与 CFTC 分工、保护非托管工具开发者、保留支付稳定币相关消费者奖励、简化披露规则，并通过联邦标准避免各州监管碎片化，以防资本与就业外流至已完备框架的其他司法辖区。
