PANews 4月17日消息，据 CoinDesk 报道， Kraken 母公司 Payward 已同意以最高 5.5 亿美元现金加股票收购加密衍生品平台 Bitnomial ，对后者估值约 200 亿美元。 Bitnomial 拥有美国境内全套牌照，包括指定合约市场（ DCM ）、衍生品清算机构（ DCO ）和期货佣金商（ FCM ），交易覆盖现货保证金、永续合约和期权。本次交易将把 Bitnomial 的合规清算与结算基础设施与 Kraken 、 NinjaTrader 及 Payward B2B 服务整合，加速其在美国受监管加密衍生品市场扩张。交易拟收购 Bitnomial 100% 股权，预计在 2026 年上半年完成，仍待监管批准。
