PANews 4月12日消息，据财联社报道，美国副总统万斯在新闻发布会上称，美国与伊朗的谈判未达成协议，他率领的美国谈判代表团将回国。万斯称，美方在谈判中已展现出“相当的灵活与诚意”，并明确列出“可接受与不可接受的条件”，但伊朗方面“选择不接受”。万斯还透露，在约21个小时的谈判过程中，美国代表团与总统特朗普及国家安全团队保持沟通，并已向伊朗提出一套“最终方案”，等待对方回应。
