迪拜发布加密交易所交易衍生品监管框架

PANews 3月31日消息，据Cointelegraph报道，迪拜虚拟资产监管局发布了加密货币交易所交易衍生品的正式监管框架，允许零售客户在通过适当性评估后参与交易。新规涵盖客户适当性、杠杆和保证金控制、资产隔离、披露标准及监管干预权力等要求。零售投资者杠杆上限为5倍，交易所须确保产品不适合特定客户群体时限制其访问。VARA表示，在市场压力或交易混乱时期，监管机构有权采取干预措施，包括暂停产品、要求平仓、提高保证金要求等，紧急情况下可在无事先通知的情况下要求立即采取行动。
