纽交所首席产品官：区块链技术将融入现有系统，而不是完全替代传统系统

PANews 3月27日消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，纽约证券交易所（ NYSE ）首席产品官 Jon Herrick 表示，交易所正探索将区块链与现有市场基础设施“叠加集成”，而非完全替代传统系统。 NYSE 重点方向包括：通过资产代币化实现实时或准实时结算、延长交易时段，并与现有清算与监管框架保持互操作。 Herrick 强调，集中清算在风险净额结算方面仍具效率，区块链应用将在保留监管、清算和投资者保护等机制前提下渐进推进。他预计，未来十年内，传统与代币化证券的界限可能逐步消失。
