PANews 3月23日消息，据《华尔街日报》报道，美国参议员 Adam Schiff 与众议员 John Curtis 将提出跨党派法案，拟禁止所有受商品期货交易委员会（ CFTC ）监管的实体（包括 Kalshi 与 Polymarket 在美平台）上市与体育赛事相关的预测合约。 Schiff 表示， CFTC 正在为此类市场“开绿灯并推动其扩张”，法案旨在堵上联邦层面的“后门”，以防绕开各州博彩消费者保护规定、侵犯部落政府主权且不向公共部门贡献税收收入。
