SEC正式确立四类不属于证券的加密资产：

1. 数字商品：包括BTC ETH SOL XRP DOGE等主流币

2. 数字收藏品： NFT和meme币

3. 数字工具： ENS域名和实用凭证

4. 支付稳定币：符合GENIUS Act的合规稳定币

只剩一类还受证券法管——代币化的传统证券。

他最后说了一句话让全场笑了： " 我们（SEC）不再是那个管天管地的证券与万物委员会了！"
