PANews 3月16日消息，据《日本经济新闻》报道，日本金融厅计划大幅加重对未注册从事加密货币业务机构的处罚。未注册销售加密资产的最高监禁刑将从3年提升至10年以下，罚款上限也将从300万日元提高至1000万日元。监管部门同时拟通过修订《金融商品交易法》等，将加密资产监管从《资金结算法》转移至金商法框架下，以强化对加密货币交易平台的监管并突出投资者保护立场。
