PANews 3月10日消息，据路透社报道，四名了解公司想法的人士表示，马斯克旗下的SpaceX正倾向于在纳斯达克上市。SpaceX希望能够尽早被纳入纳斯达克100指数，这被视为其在该交易所上市的必要条件之一。此前报道称，SpaceX正计划进行IPO，最早可能在6月。知情人士称，纽约证券交易所也在争取这一上市项目，目前两家交易所都尚未被告知最终决定。纳斯达克上月提出一项新规则，可能加速将新上市大型公司纳入纳斯达克100指数。根据“快速纳入”规则，如果一家新上市公司的市值排名跻身该指数现有成分股前40名之列，则其在上市后不到一个月即可获得加速纳入资格。拟议的变更尚未最终确定，可能需要几个月的时间才能生效。知情人士表示，SpaceX此次IPO寻求的估值约为1.75万亿美元，按最新股价计算，这将使其成为美国市值第六大的公司。
