PANews 3月6日消息，据The Block报道，美联储发布问答文件，明确银行应根据现有资本规则对待代币化证券，强调现有框架“技术中立”。美联储表示，发行或转让证券所使用的技术（包括区块链技术）不会影响其监管资本处理方式，符合条件的代币化证券应与非代币化证券按照相同规则处理。代币化证券若满足与传统证券相同的法律和风险管理要求，可作为金融抵押品。美联储补充称，无论使用许可链还是非许可链，资本规则不提供差别对待。此举是继1月SEC明确代币化证券仍需遵守联邦证券法后，监管机构对传统资产链上化应用的又一指引。
