PANews 2月28日消息，OpenAI联合创始人Sam Altman在X发文称，OpenAI已与美国 Department of War（战争部）达成协议，将在其机密网络中部署自家模型。双方在协议中明确禁止用于国内大规模监控，并强调任何使用武力（包括潜在自主武器系统）必须保持“人类负责”原则。OpenAI称将为该部署构建技术安全防护措施，并仅在云端网络上运行模型，同时派遣FDE参与模型安全工作。OpenAI表示，已呼吁战争部向其他AI公司提供同等条款，以协议取代法律与监管冲突。
