PANews 2月21日消息，以太坊联合创始人 Vitalik Buterin 发文提出多项利用 AI 与个人 LLM（大语言模型）优化民主与去中心化治理的设想。他认为“AI 直接当政府”是反乌托邦，但可借助个人治理代理、公民主参与对话代理、结合 AI 的建议/预测市场等机制，缓解 DAO 等治理中人类注意力与专业能力不足的问题。Vitalik 还提出在涉机密信息的去中心化决策场景中，引入多方安全计算、TEE 或加密电路等技术，让个人 LLM 在“黑盒”内参与判断，同时强调需用零知识证明与多方隐私计算工具强化参与者匿名性和内容隐私保护。
